The main objective of the project is to establish an intelligent natural gas distribution network in the communes of Drăgăneşti, Buntesti, Rieni, Lazuri de Beiuş, Pietroasa, Bihor county in 33 months from the signing of the grant agreement. This objective aims to increase the degree of comfort of the inhabitants of the commune and the economic development of the area, by creating an intelligent system of supplying natural gas to household and non-household consumers in the commune, which will be integrated with the existing infrastructure and correlated with future investments to reduce the effects of air pollution and increase energy efficiency. The level of intelligent functionality of the natural gas distribution infrastructure, the result indicator 2S135, for the proposed project is 0.2026 %, reporting the length of the intelligent transmission and distribution networks for the project (indicator 2S134-114.836 km), to the total length of the natural gas distribution network at national level of 56 694 km. The contribution of the project to the realisation of the public utility service of natural gas supply to the population through a smart disk network is quantified as the number of households proposed to be connected by the project relative to the total number of households in the ATUs/ATUs in the project area. Thus, from the total of existing individual households (Total no. of households: 4823 households of which in Com. Pietroasa: 890 households/com. Rieni: 1174 households/com. You're welcome: 1054 households/com. Drăgăneşti: One hundred thousand households/com. Lazuri de Beiuş: 695 households), as well as those expected to be built, for the calculation of the flow rate for the dimensioning of the smart gas distribution grid, a connection rate of approx. 68.06 %, i.e. 3,275 households, considering: • the options expressed by the citizens (see the Commitments attached in the Applicant section); • connection rate for U.A.T. similar/closed in location and number of households; • the costs of achieving an individual heating system based on the use of natural gas relative to the reduced financial possibilities of some of the inhabitants; • the fact that a certain part of individual households are used only as holiday homes; • the existence of heating systems based on other fuels, etc. At the same time, at the level of public institutions, it was decided to connect all 74 public administrative institutions, respectively, a level of 100 % connection. Totaling 3349 consumers from the communes of Drăgăneşti, Buntesti, Rieni, Lazuri de Beiuş and Pietroasa.
