Strengthening the capacity of Cugir schools to manage the COVID-19 health crisis

The overall objective of the project is to ensure the minimum hygienic-sanitary conditions necessary for the safe development of the educational process for pupils and teachers from the educational units in Cugir area in the context of the pandemic crisis caused by the SARS-Cov-2 virus by purchasing protective equipment. In this respect, providing protective equipment for COVID-19 will strengthen the capacity of state educational establishments to manage the pandemic situation generated by the SARS-COV-2 virus. At present, the intervention capacity is limited in view of the accelerated increase in the number of diseases and the support of the Large Infrastructure Operational Programme will contribute to ensuring the necessary material resources for the implementation of the sanitary and protection measures provided by the authorities and implicitly to reduce the number of disease cases. The aim of the project is to reduce the risk of spreading SARS-CoV-2 infection in the public pre-university education system.
