Reducing the number of people at risk of poverty and social exclusion, through integrated measures, in Carei municipality. The overall objective thus contributes to improving the quality of life, increasing social cohesion, improving the living environment and economic growth in the territory of the LDS. The three marginalised urban areas on the territory of the LDS comprise the same target groups characterised inter alia by the predominance of housing needs and the existence of specific needs identified and to be addressed by an integrated and participatory approach, by promoting measures addressing the specific causes of the phenomenon of poverty and social exclusion of persons and communities: development of residential facilities modernisation of the type of social housing, offering decent housing conditions and development of an integrated system of individualised social services — Community integrated medical-social center, aimed at increasing the accessibility to services oriented towards social recovery and reintegration of people in the street, homeless, preventing and correcting factors that determine the degradation of the quality of life of members of vulnerable groups in the community.
