General Objective: Increasing competitiveness and employment of tertiary and non-university education graduates by promoting entrepreneurship and supporting sustainable and inclusive business development in economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to CNS and smart specialisation fields according to SNCDI. The project aims to: to support the development of entrepreneurship, based on sustainable development, social innovation, equal opportunities, accessibility, non-discrimination, use of ICT, as basic principles in the business environment; generate 23 new businesses based on inclusive and sustainable business plans; develop basic entrepreneurial skills for 350 people to support and motivate them to start their own businesses; provide practical training for 26 entrepreneurs selected to be financially supported (including 3 from the reserve list) to implement their business plans by conducting training in already existing enterprises with a similar activity profile, carrying out activities in simulated enterprises; financially support 23 business plans, generated by entrepreneurs, for socio-economic development and for the creation of inclusive jobs; generate a minimum of 67 new inclusive jobs, starting from the 23 business plans for which financial support is provided; ensure business continuity and development through Business HUB, medium- and long-term monitoring mechanism; to provide the necessary advice to entrepreneurs to overcome barriers to the development of their businesses and for continuous development; ensure transparency and respect for the principles of inclusion, non-discrimination and equal opportunities in all actions taken; to provide information to the activities offered by the project, in order to give all interested persons the opportunity to become entrepreneurs and to be supported by the actions carried out through the project. promote innovation, research as tools for entrepreneurial development within Business HUB. The sustainability and inclusiveness — as a key innovative element of the project — responds adequately and immediately to the new economic context determined by the impact of Covid 19. The entrepreneurial environment needs a redefinition anchored in the current specificities of society. Inclusive businesses create triple value: businesses are economically profitable and stable; low-income communities have better access to services, products and increase their revenues; reduce social spending by entering the labour market of the population.
