Strategic planning and efficient management at Onesti City Hall

The general objective is to strengthen the administrative capacity of Oneşti City Hall, from the less developed North-East Region, through strategic planning measures (development of human resources development strategy, Institutional Strategic Plan, participatory budgeting), through the implementation and use of three unitary management systems of quality, performance and strategic planning CAF, ISO 9001:2015 and BSC applicable to local administration.
