The overall objective of the project is to increase the number of graduates who find a job and implicitly the employment rate related to the needs of the labour market as a result of access to training programs in the field of entrepreneurship, internships, mentoring activities in fields of activity identified as being of the future as presented in the CNS, SNCDI and the Smart Specialisation Strategy for at least 350 students, on the one hand, and the creation and employment of at least 65 new jobs following the establishment of at least 26 new enterprises through financial aid, on the other hand. The project approach is integrated into the objectives of the 2014-2020 POCU, namely Specific Objective 6.13 “Increasing the number of tertiary university and non-university graduates who find a job as a result of access to learning activities to a potential job/research/innovation, with a focus on the economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to CNS and the areas of smart specialisation according to SNCDI” in terms of the fact that it aims to develop human capital, by participating in the training program in the field of entrepreneurship, acquiring skills for developing a viable and realistic business plan; participation in internships in real and simulated enterprises; benefiting from mentoring services and business assistance. All this will contribute directly to facilitating the insertion of participants into the labour market. Through the implementation of the integrated measures proposed within the project is aimed at organising and running learning programs focused on acquiring entrepreneurial skills, encouraging entrepreneurship and self-employment by providing assistance and support in order to set up enterprises in the Centre region; the project activities will take place in the Centre region, and the business will develop in the Centre region. The beneficiary will initiate and support a wide information campaign on the methodology for selecting the target group (GT), the entrepreneurial training program (entrepreneurship training course, simulated enterprises, internships), the methodology for selecting the business plans (PA) to be supported within the project. Subsequently, it is envisaged to select at least 350 students (ISCED 5-8) who will be part of the GT, in order to participate in entrepreneurial training courses. The measures proposed by this project will be addressed to students enrolled in at least the 2nd year of undergraduate studies (ISCED 5-8) and intend to participate in the entrepreneurial training courses and to set up a business in the implementation region of the project — Central Region.
