Overall objective of the project "Happy Employees — Happy Customers! Increasing the employability of unemployed people in the SE region" is to increase the employability of 201 unemployed and inactive people, with a focus on the long-term unemployed, older workers, persons with disabilities, people with low level of education by providing counselling, mediation and qualification services, correlated with the needs of employers in the SE region, developing entrepreneurial skills for 20 people and ensuring placement for at least 91 people in the target group. Through the general objective of the project we aim to develop and implement an integrated program of informative measures, counselling, training (qualification and specialisation) mediation and support for employment, adapted to the specific needs of the target group, which will include: (a) A campaign to promote and recruit the target group in the SE region in order to attract the target group and its selection in the project. (B) A practical and highly applied career counseling program in order to ensure the transfer of competencies necessary to the target group for CV achievement, job identification, presentation at interviews, development of psycho-vocational profiles through which the personalised mediation program will be carried out, as well as the choice of employers for practice at employers. (C) A trade worker qualification programme for 201 persons and a specialisation program in entrepreneurial skills for 20 persons identified as having entrepreneurial spirit and potential. The qualification program will be customised according to the GT option in view of the field in which they will want to pursue a career (textiles and leather, wood and furniture, car) (d) A mediation program through which we ensure the face-to-face meeting between candidates and employers in a series of presentation and employment events. (e) Support measures for unemployed and inactive persons participating in the program in order to ensure the conditions they need to be able to participate in courses and counseling/mediation sessions without financial care (support through grants) and support in kind for employment by providing the necessary equipment for the new job. Through its general objective, the project contributes to the achievement of the major specific objective of the Programme “Promoting sustainable and quality employment and supporting labour mobility” and the objectives of the investment priority “Access to employment for jobseekers and inactive people, including the long-term unemployed and people with low employment opportunities, including through local employment initiatives and support for labour mobility”, by providing the integrated programme of counselling, qualification, specialisation, mediation for 201 people
