OVERALL OBJECTIVE (PURPOSE) OF THE PROJECT: Reducing the number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion living in the Grui Marginalised Urban Areas, the Pescareasa and the barracks of Campulung Municipality. HOW THE PROJECT WILL GENERATE POSITIVE LONG-TERM EFFECTS: Creating the necessary premises for the development of the 3 marginalised urban areas of Campulung Municipality (Grui, Pescareasa and barracks) will contribute to the increase of the quality of life of the people living in these areas, to the increase of social cohesion, to the improvement of the living environment and to the economic growth in the territory. All activities as conceived are dedicated to people living in marginalised communities at risk of poverty or social exclusion. Integrated medical, social, medical, orientation and employment services, education, employment counseling and continuous training to the members of the 3 marginalised communities will be provided. Access to basic services will be improved and diversified, concretely will be established, accredited and provided home care services and mobile medical services for elderly people, people living in social and shelter housing, people living on the street, will be operational a social medical center where regular medical examinations (general, dental, pediatrics) and psychological/psychiatric counselling and community assistance to people living in the 3 ZUMs will be provided, all of which contribute to increasing the quality of life, increasing social cohesion and improving the living environment. Also, S will provide the social medical center where resources will be allocated through the project to equip the proper functioning of the center, will be accredited the services of home care and the services offered by the mobile team at the social medical center and will be properly equipped, which will contribute to the continuation of the activities proposed in the project and after the completion of the project. Individual and group professional information and counselling sessions, qualification courses, apprenticeships and including the placement on the labour market of members of the 3 ZUMs will be provided, which will contribute to the increase of quality of life, social cohesion and economic growth in the territory. They will provide integrated packages of health services, social services and clothing and hygiene packages, which will contribute to the improvement of quality of life. The premises will be created for reducing school dropout by improving the quality of the education system, by creating a dual education program together with the economic operators in the area, thus facilitating young people’s access to employment immediately after completing their studies, offering them a qualification and a job. Two classes of the Campulung Auto Technological High School will be properly equipped with modern equipment and modern technology.
