The general objective of the proposed project is the development of a platform dedicated to the retail sector, which will meet the current requirements for support and sales services in brick and mortar stores (physical), the innovative component being constituted by the integration into the sales process of online sales functions. This software system is based on valuing the relationship with customers, both in the store and online, using the most modern technologies to train data generated by customer-seller behaviors and interaction, such as: AI (Artificial Intelligence), Machine Learning, Data Analytics and complex algorithms for recognising spoken language and products in video-transmitted images. The software solution proposed in this regard is a platform (INCOM) that allows easy web access to a database, but also the creation of mobile and tablet applications for faster campaign management. Both the general objective of the project and its implications are directly correlated with the definition given in the State Aid Scheme to support the development of innovative products and services for “organisational innovation, which represents the implementation of a new organizational method in commercial practices, job organisation or external relations of an enterprise (...)” as can be seen from the arguments and description of the proposed project.
