Increasing the employment and skills level of at least 202 unemployed and inactive people, from South Muntenia and Centre regions, through complex & integrated assistance (information, training, specialised services for employment, independent work, etc.). Through the implementation of this project, it facilitates, in the long term, in particular, access to the labour market for unemployed and inactive people, with a focus on the long-term unemployed, older workers (55-64 years), persons with disabilities, people with low level of education, stimulating a sustainable employment, which leads to the support of these people at risk of social exclusion, which leads to the potential for these categories to be exploited and to socio-economic growth in the targeted regions. The project focuses on stimulating the employment potential of unemployed and inactive people, potentially undervalued and exploited, by creating a context of support for employability and accessing jobs by unemployed and inactive people, especially in areas with a high labour shortage (tourism, construction, textile industry, automotive). Thus, it facilitates the sustainable participation of all available labour resources, as well as an adequate transition from inactivity to employment in the short and medium term.
