ProAcces 4 — Subsidising jobs for the unemployed

Increasing opportunities for employment of 8,444 non-NEET unemployed, registered with the Public Employment Service, by subsidising jobs. In the light of the overall objective, the project subscribes to the POCU’s thematic objective of promoting sustainable jobs, by the fact that the SPO will provide facilities to employers in employment, indefinitely, unemployed registered in the PES records. The project is also part of Priority Axis 3 Jobs for all, specific objectives: 3.1. Increasing employment of unemployed and inactive people, focusing on the long-term unemployed, older workers (55-64 years), persons with disabilities, people with low education, 3.2. Increasing the employment of Romanian citizens belonging to the Roma minority and 3.3. Increasing employment of people in rural areas, especially those in subsistence and semi-subsistence agriculture. At the same time, the project responds to the public policy priorities of MMSS, namely reducing unemployment and facilitating the integration of unemployed people into the labour market. By enabling the unemployed to benefit from these measures, the project responds to the challenges identified in terms of their sustainable integration into the labour market and helps to address low employment rates.
