Increasing patient safety in Caracal Municipal Hospital

Increase the capacity to manage the COVID-19 health crisis by promoting the investments needed to strengthen the response capacity to the public health crisis caused by the spread of SARS-CoV-2 at Caracal Municipal Hospital. LIOP result indicator: Adequate care and treatment capacity for cases of SARS-CoV-2/infection to manage the health crisis. The project contributes to the achievement of the program result indicator (appropriate care and treatment capacity for cases of SARS-CoV-2/sanitary crisis management), as by modernising the medical fluid infrastructure for patients will be provided optimal care and treatment against cases of infection with Sars-COV-2 virus. As is known in the treatment of patients with SARS COV2 an important element is the provision of medical oxygen requirements. Through the project, each hospital bed in the salons included in the project will benefit from the ramp supplied with medical oxygen. The hospital will be equipped with a new facility for the production and distribution of medical fluids, medical oxygen and vacuum, medical compressed air, for supplying the following sections: Ground floor section B-Section CPU, Floor 1 section A-area Hospital,Stage 1 section B-left Internal Diseases Hospitalisation Section, Floor 1 section B-right Hospitalisation Section Internal Diseases, 2nd section A-Bloc operator and, Births and ATI, 2nd section B-left Internal Diseases Hospitalisation Section, it’s important to know that you‘re not going to be able to find out what you’re doing. No.36 Plevnei, Caracal, Jud. Oh, Olt. They are proposed for the departments in which the hospital carries out its activity: Medical oxygen production station, medical compressed air production station, medical vacuum production station, new distribution routes from DHP copper pipe, 13 alarm panels 254 medical oxygen distribution stations, 254 medical compressed air stations and 254 medical vacuum stations, mounted in hospitalisation compartments, operating rooms and Intensive Care, equipped with oxygenators and vacuum cleaners, for hospitalisation, CPU, ATI, and Bloc Operator. 1 Centralised monitoring system oxygen concentration sensors in the hospital composed of 6 subsystems — 1 Centralised system for detection and alarm in case of fire — Modernisation of the electrical supply infrastructure of oxygen ramps The proposed indicator is a qualitative one: Installation of detection, signalling, fire alarm systems, with total coverage, and signalling and alarm systems in case of exceedance of the maximum permissible concentration of oxygen in the atmosphere to increase fire safety • Prior to intervention
