The overall objective of the project is to develop an integrated mechanism to promote a sustainable and quality employment of at least 371 people belonging to the category of unemployed NEETs aged 16-29, registered with the Public Employment Service with residency in the South East Region. The mechanism proposed by us ensures the achievement of the specific objective of the program and the call due to the elements that compose it and the modalities of intervention established. Our mechanism is part of: members of the target group, activities/sub-activities, services, established enterprises. At the same time, we want to include in the mechanism other entities interested in improving the situation of NEETs young people: AJOFM, AJPIS, economic and social faculties, public and private providers of adult employment/continuous training services, social assistance directorates, mayors and mass media. The main contributions and positive effects that we expect to produce: a) Target group: Increasing the employment of NEETs youth and improving the level of skills, of unemployed NEETs aged 16-29, registered with the Public Employment Service, with residency in the South East Region. b) Activities and sub-activities: these are the main instruments of intervention to achieve the results and objectives of the project. They ensure the superior capitalisation of human, material and financial resources; C) Services: they are another means of achieving the objectives and represent the unitary framework of experts’ relationship with the members of the target group for knowing and covering the needs of information, training, mediation, counselling, consultancy, individualised support for sustainable integration into the labour market, etc. d) Entities interested in improving the situation of young people in the NEETs category: there are pillars of support for the project’s actions due to their role of information transfer and communication at the level of the communities in which the project is implemented. Their interest is in direct relation to the specifics of Axis 1, because some train specialists to improve the situation of NEETs young people and facilitate the transition to their labour market, others manage communities and most have attributions and responsibilities in fulfilling country indicators related to education, training, employment (including entrepreneurship). A special place belongs to the mass media as a vector for promoting the project and the results obtained through the project. The aim of the project is to address some pressing needs of the target group, needs revealed in the specific strategic documents, as well as to combat the problems they face when they want to take up a job, namely: Low level of education and vocational training of NEETs young people at the time of transition to the labour market; Lack of material resources/finance possibilities
