The overall objective of the project is to improve the level of professional skills and increase the employment of unemployed and inactive people in line with the needs of the labour market, by providing personalised and integrated measures for 202 members of the target group unemployed and inactive people, with a focus on long-term unemployed, older workers (55-64 years), people with disabilities, people with low level of education, who will benefit from specialised services to stimulate employment (information and professional counseling, work mediation, of which 93 participants, i.e. 46 % of the people in the target group will benefit from a job, including self-employed) and adult training services (of which 164, i.e. 81 % of the people in the target group acquire a qualification). People from the target group will have their domicile/residence in the NV implementation region. The project contributes to the achievement of the objectives of the strategic documents relevant to the project directly through the General Objective assumed, in accordance with Specific Objective 3.1 — Increasing the employment of unemployed and inactive people, with a focus on long-term unemployed, older workers (55-64 years), persons with disabilities, people with low level of education and 3.4 — Improving the level of competence, including by assessing and certifying skills acquired in non-formal and informal system of unemployed and inactive persons, focusing on long-term unemployed, older workers (55-64 years), people with disabilities, people with low level of education, Priority Axis 3 — Jobs for all, Investment Priority 8.i: Access to employment for jobseekers and inactive people, including long-term unemployed and people with low employment opportunities, including through local employment initiatives and support for labour mobility. The project aims to carry out activities aimed at supporting the members of the target group in order to facilitate the insertion into the labour market and their sustainable employment, through measures intended to be provided in a personalised manner and adapted to their needs, competences and interests and adapted to the real needs of employers on the labour market, by implementing the following actions that contribute to the achievement of the specific objectives of the programme and the call and will generate positive long-term effects, directly contributing to the achievement of the results and achievement indicators, taking into account the financial, human and material resources of the project: — professional information and counseling, mediation of work for a number of 202 persons from the target group (sweepers and inactive persons, focusing on long-term unemployed, elderly workers (55-64 years old), persons with disabilities, low-level persons)
