INTEGRATED SERVICES FOR A BETTER COMMUNITY

The general objective of the project is the creation of a complex program of integrated social, socio-medical, educational, information and time spent time dedicated and adapted to the specifics and non-volior of approximately 1110 people from ZUM Izvoare, the distinct area of Letea and the surrounding areas of the territory targeted by the SDL, a program whose components to be carried out both within the “A school for all” center, within a club of socio-educational and recreational activities, within a minimum of a school located in the territory targeted by the SDL, but also to offer services in a mobile regime for the beneficiaries who are difficult to move or immobilised. The project aims to achieve objective 6: Opportunities FOR EDUCATION AND PERFORMANCE FOR ALL PERSOAN CATEGORIES, M6.2 Granting financial support for the completion of studies (intervention number 11 from the SDL list) and Objective 7 of the Local Development Strategy: Districts served by PUBLIC SERVICES, M7.1 Rehabilitation and development of the educational infrastructure to serve the population in the area and the measure (interventions number 13 and 15 from the SDL list) and M7.2 Construction of new community facilities to serve the population in the area (intervention number 17 from the SDL list. The aim of the project is to provide specialised services at modern standards in this community that will allow especially children and elderly, but also to other categories at risk of poverty or social exclusion to have in proximity access to educational, socio-medical and community development services fundamental to any urban community. This will reduce the gap with the living standard of the other inhabitants of Bacau and solve the problem of accessibility of the inhabitants of the target area to vital services, will cover the need for opportunities for non-formal education and leisure for children and young people, which will implicitly lead to a development and improvement of the living conditions in the area. The content and design of the services offered will be designed on the basis of a public consultation with the inhabitants of the target area and in partnership with several relevant public institutions, so as to largely meet their needs and expectations and will be based on the principle of non-discrimination and social inclusion of all members of the local community. The activities developed within the project will be taken over after its completion by the local authorities and developed within the new integrated medical-social community center currently in the renovation and rehabilitation phase.
