Increasing the competitiveness and professional performance of postdoctoral PhD students and researchers from the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iasi in order to insert into the labor market as a result of financial support, training of advanced research skills with the application component, as well as the acquisition of transversal skills. The general objective is subscribed to the POCU objective, AP 6, OT 10.iv, PI 10.iv, OS 6.13 by the fact that it will generate an increase in the number of tertiary education graduates who will engage during the implementation of the project or after its completion due to the scientific, interdisciplinary and transversal competences acquired and due to the fact that the partnership created and the coordinated information system between companies/private sector and the proposed higher education institutions will facilitate the insertion of the target group on the labour market.
