Modernisation/extension works for electrical, ventilation, air treatment and medical fluid infrastructure, as well as installation of detection, signalling, fire alarm systems and in case of exceedance of maximum oxygen concentration for 9 hospitals in ASSMB administration
The overall objective of the project is to increase the safety of patients within Cantacuzino Clinical Hospital, which aims to promote the investments needed to strengthen the response capacity to the public health crisis caused by the spread of SARS-CoV 2 in order to carry out modernisation/extension works for electrical installations, ventilation, air treatment and medical fluid infrastructure, as well as the installation of detection, signaling, fire alarm systems and in case of exceeding the maximum oxygen concentration as a way to obtain a timely and efficient response of the public medical system to the COVID 19 crisis. The project aims to prevent the blockage of the available medical infrastructure and, implicitly, to affect the right to health for patients who need admission and is based on the real needs of the medical system in the current context. The overall objective of the project is to achieve the specific objective of the call POIM/935/9.1 Increasing the capacity to manage the health crisis and promoting the investments needed to strengthen the response capacity to the public health crisis caused by the spread of SARS-CoV-2 virus. The project contributes to the result indicator of POIM 2S132 — capacity for care and treatment of cases of SARS VOC-2/infection management of the health crisis in terms of modernisation and improvement of the medical fluid infrastructure, electrical installations and the provision of detection and signalling systems on fire. Equally, the overall objective of the project is also consistent with the specific objective of the project — Specific Objective 9.1 being to increase the capacity to manage the COVID-19 health crisis.
