The achievement of the objective of the project will generate the following positive long-term effects and will ensure the direct contribution to the achievement of the specific objectives POCU O.S 6.3” Reducing early school leaving through integrated measures to prevent and ensure equal opportunities for pupils belonging to vulnerable groups, with a focus on pupils belonging to the Roma minority and rural pupils/socio-economically disadvantaged communities;", respectively POCU O.S 6.6” Improving the competences of the teaching staff in pre-university education in order to promote quality educational services oriented to the needs of pupils and an inclusive school, as follows: — Reducing early school leaving to the level of 3 rural schools — Increasing access to equal education opportunities for 335 pupils from 3 disadvantaged socio-economic communities in rural areas — Promoting learning methods outside the classroom, especially in 3 spaces arranged through the project, ensuring equal learning opportunities for students — Improving the competences of 40 teaching/support staff at the level of 3 rural schools The project objective falls within the Strategic Priorities of the Education System, respectively the Education and Training Strategy in Romania in the period 2016-2020 is part of the Strategic Framework of Education and Training which includes the Strategy on reducing the early school leaving. Thus, the achievement of the overall objective of the project represents a contribution to the Strategy, Pillar 1 — Ensuring access to education and quality education for all children, i.e. the Quality Primary and Secondary Education Programme through the provision of integrated measures to prevent early school leaving within the AltEducation non-formal education program, which will be implemented mainly in 3 spaces equipped through the project at the level of 3 rural education units for 335 GT students from socio-economically disadvantaged communities.
