Digital Training SME

Increasing the level of knowledge/skills/skills of employees of SMEs operating in economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to CNS/SNCDI areas of smart specialisation in the South-Muntenia region, by providing training sessions in the field of digital literacy and information and communication technology and providing specialised assistance in developing and introducing work-based learning programmes in the field of digital literacy and for acquiring primary/advanced ICT skills. The project contributes to the achievement of the objective of the POCU Programme, Priority Axis 3: Jobs for all; Thematic Objective 8: Promoting sustainable and quality employment and supporting labour mobility; Investment priority 10.iii: Improving equal access to lifelong learning for all age groups in a formal, non-formal or informal setting, updating the knowledge, skills and competences of the workforce and promoting flexible learning pathways through training sessions for 320 people (employees), aiming at promoting sustainable and quality employment and increasing the number of employees whose knowledge/skills/skills have improved in areas related to the economic sectors/areas identified according to the CNS and CNSDI. The project contributes to the specific objective: 3.12.: Improving the level of knowledge/competences/skills related to the economic sectors/areas identified according to CNS and SNCDI of employees by assisting in the development and introduction of work-based learning programs for a number of 4 enterprises (SMEs) active in economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to CNS/smart specialisation areas according to SNCDI, in the South-Muntenia region. The objective of the project is also within the objectives of the Applicant, taking into account his policy on ensuring socio-economic development levers from the perspective of increasing the competitiveness of SMEs and sustainable development of the business environment through the efficient use of human capital. By conducting training sessions, which generates the development of professional skills for a number of 320 people and the provision of a specialised assistance/consultance package to 4 enterprises with the aim of developing and introducing learning programs in the workplace, we believe that these measures will have a positive long-term effect, ensuring sustainable and quality employment and increasing the economic competitiveness of enterprises in the South Muntenia region.
