The overall objective of the project is to promote a sustainable and quality employment of the unoccupied workforce in the North-East region, Neamt, Botosani and Vaslui counties, by implementing a complex set of integrated measures customised for at least 210 unemployed and inactive people, focusing on long-term unemployed, older workers (55-64 years old), people with disabilities, people with low level of education that will lead to the improvement of the skills of the workforce in order to ensure quality employment in competitive sectors, as well as to increase their professional insertion. The overall objective of the project is achieved through a cumulation of integrated and personalised activities that will ensure in the long term, the socio-professional inclusion of the data subjects, as well as the increase of self-esteem and financial independence of the target group. Through an integrated approach, the proposed project contributes to the achievement of the specific objectives of the programme by: — OS3.1: increasing the employment of the target group (min 95 people, i.e. 45.24 % of the target group): unemployed and inactive people, unemployed and inactive people with a focus on long-term unemployed, older workers (55-64 years), people with disabilities, people with low level of education; — OS3.4: improving the level of competence of the target group (min 170 people, i.e. 80.95 % of the target group): unemployed and inactive people with a focus on long-term unemployed, older workers (55-64 years old), people with disabilities, people with low levels of education. Also, the overall objective of the project contributes to the achievement of thematic objective 8 — Promoting a sustainable and quality employment of the workforce and supporting labour mobility, acting integrated and personalised on several levels: professional information and counselling, continuous training in the qualifications required on the labour market, work mediation and post-employment support (for hard and hard-working people) based on the concrete needs of the people in the target group, in order to reduce the important disparities related to their access and participation in the labour market. The overall objective of the project contributes to the improvement of some of the problems outlined in the National Strategy for Employment 2021-2027: large number of people (especially from vulnerable groups) who can hardly be employed on the labour market, very low participation of unemployed people in programs to increase the level of skills, lack of guidance of these people for professional reinsertion, and through the integrated interventions implemented within the project generates the development of a coordinated strategy that will promote a workforce with appropriate qualifications, trained and adaptable and will facilitate the integration of the target group in the labour markets that will respond to all
