Romania as a member of the European Union must align with the objectives of the European Community. The essence of the objectives is to increase the performance in all fields of activity while ensuring the current standards. In line with this strategy to align with European standards, by including these financing needs, the infrastructures of education objectives are mainly developed. Thus, by adopting health policy measures on equipping educational units with indispensable materials in order to be able to apply sanitary and minimum protection measures in order to carry out under preventive conditions the teaching activities in the pre-university and/or state university units during the COVID-19 pandemic, the reduction of the negative effects of the pandemic is achieved, according to the actions financed by the LIOP. Government Emergency Ordinance no. 144/2020 on some measures for the allocation of non-reimbursable external funds necessary to carry out under preventive conditions the teaching activities related to the school/university year 2020/2021 in the context of the risk of coronavirus infection SARS-Cov-2 and the Minister Order no.904/30.08.2021 confers the legal framework for requesting funding for the provision of protective equipment and medical devices. The overall objective of the project contributes to the result indicator of POIM 2S132 — Adequate ability to care and treat cases of infection with SARS-CoV-2/health crisis management virus.The result indicator is qualitative: Before the POIM Intervention: NO, NO, NO, NO. After the LIOP intervention: YES, YES. The purpose of the project is to equip Tuglui with protective equipment and medical devices, especially, but not limited to: protective masks, disinfectants, equipment for disinfection and air sterilisation of the nebuliser type, which contribute to improving the management of the health crisis caused by Sars-Cov2. At the time of submitting the financing application, the state pre-university education units were equipped only with hand disinfectants, one container in each class, and disinfectants for surfaces and floors purchased by parents and teachers.
