The overall objective of the project is to increase the chances of employment and improve the professional situation for 375 unemployed NEETs aged 16-29 (of which 80 from rural and 40 Roma), registered and profiled at the Public Employment Service, with residency in the South-Muntenia region, beneficiaries of integrated and flexible employment services on the labour market. The project will contribute to the achievement of the specific objective of the programme and the call, to a better integration of 375 NEETs young people on the labour market and their sustainable employment, by implementing personalised packages of measures — mediation and placement services, training and entrepreneurial support, adapted to their needs, competences and interests, taking into account also the result of profiling by the Public Employment Service and in accordance with the real needs of employers on the labour market. The project activities, through the estimated results, are elements that determine the economic and social development, the sustainable development of the communities in the South Muntenia Region, subscribing to the POCU line 2014-2020, Priority Axis 1 — Initiative “Jobs for Youth”, Thematic Objective 8: Promoting sustainable and quality employment and supporting labour mobility, Investment Priority 8.ii: Sustainable integration into the labour market of young people (ILMT), in particular those not in employment, education or training, including young people at risk of social exclusion and young people from marginalised communities, including through the implementation of the Youth Guarantee, Specific Objective 1.1 — Increasing the employment of unemployed NEETs aged 16-29, registered with the Public Employment Service, with residency in eligible regions and Specific Objective 1.2 — Improving the level of competence, including by assessing and certifying the skills acquired in the non-formal and informal system of unemployed NEETs aged 16-29, registered with the Public Employment Service, with residency in eligible regions. The structural impact of the project will be ensured by: — meeting the employment indicator — increasing the number of employed persons, by 165; — contribution to the growth of NEETs young people beneficiaries of integrated and flexible employment services on the labour market, with 375; — contribution to raising, with 360, the number of NEETs young people benefiting from continuous training and training services; ensuring equal and non-discriminatory access to project activities, for women, young people, adults, regardless of religion, ethnicity, level of training; — improvement of training programs and development of informational updated course support; contribute to increasing the number of people who have realised the importance of sustainable development by 360; — contribution to increasing the number of persons
