Increasing transparency, ethics and integrity in Constanta County

The overall objective of the project is in line with the call for projects POCA/924/2/2 (CP15/2021 for less developed regions) — Supporting measures related to corruption prevention at the level of local public authorities and institutions and is closely linked to Specific Objective 2.2: Increasing transparency, ethics and integrity within public authorities and institutions. The overall objective of the project is to strengthen the administrative capacity of Constanta County Council by increasing the integrity and reducing vulnerabilities to corruption by developing and implementing an integrity system that includes standards, policies and procedures of ethics and integrity, as well as through an anti-corruption education program, thus contributing to the development of an efficient local and county administration.
