The overall objective of the project is to increase the capacity of the Radeni Secondary School and Vladia Technological High School to prevent and reduce the potential spread of SARS-CoV-2 infection among staff and students. Through the project will be purchased protective equipment and medical devices necessary to implement measures to prevent and limit the spread of the coronavirus outbreak among the staff and students of the two educational units. They will ensure the implementation of the measures imposed by GEO 144/2020 in the context of the resumption of school courses within educational institutions. The protective equipment and medical devices will be used by school staff and students during the activities carried out within the institutions, thus giving access to education of children from Dragomiresti commune to the public education services in safe conditions. The overall objective contributes to achieving the result indicator of POIM 2S132 — Adequate ability to care and treat cases of SARS-COV2/infection to manage the health crisis (quality indicator, unit of measurement being: Before the POIM Intervention: NO, NO, NO, NO. After the LIOP intervention: Yes), by equipping the two educational units with medical equipment to ensure the minimum hygienic-sanitary conditions necessary to prevent, detect early and reduce the potential spread of SARS-CoV-2 infection. Currently, financial efforts are being made to ensure the minimum need for medical protection equipment within the two institutions. The capacity to manage the health crisis can be improved after the implementation of the project, by equipping the sanitary groups in the two institutions, in order for the teaching activity to be carried out in sanitary conditions.
