Modernisation/extension works for electrical, ventilation, air handling and medical fluid infrastructure, as well as installation of detection, signalling, fire alarm systems and in case of exceedance of maximum oxygen concentration for NICOLAE MALAXA Clinical Hospital
The overall objective of the project is to increase patient safety in public hospital entities using medical gases and fluids by modernising/extension of electrical installations and medical fluid infrastructure, as well as by equipping and installing detection, signalling, fire alarm systems and exceedances of maximum oxygen concentration. It contributes to achieving the result indicator of the call POIM/935/9/1, ID 2S132 “Appropriate care and treatment capacity for cases of SARS-CoV-2/sanitary crisis management”, but also to achieving the immediate achievement indicator, i.e. Public Entities equipped/supported for the management of the health crisis caused by SARS-CoV-2, by upgrading the networks that play a critical role in the safety of patients and equipping the Nicolae Malaxa Clinical Hospital with the necessary equipment to monitor possible deficiencies in the functioning of these networks, thus ensuring an adequate infrastructure for the care and treatment of COVID-19 cases. The project contributes to the result indicator of POIM 2S132 — adequate care and treatment capacity for cases of SARS VOC-2/infection to manage the health crisis by improving the medical fluid infrastructure, upgrading electrical installations and equipping with detection and signaling systems.
