Overall objective of the project: Increasing employment and skills level for 285 NEETs young people who do not hold a job or participate in education or training programmes, aged 16 to 29, residing in the South West Oltenia Region, including young people at risk of social exclusion and marginalised communities, in order to achieve sustainable and quality labour market integration by: — information-advice-mediating services for 285 NEETs, leading to the employment of 123 of them, — relevant labour market qualification for 208 NEETs and increasing the entrepreneurial skills of 60 young people, — encouraging entrepreneurship among NEETs young people and supporting the establishment of 10 companies. The project contributes to the overall POCU objective of “reducing disparities in economic and social development between Romania and the EU Member States” by developing human capital (training), increasing employability and labour mobility (employment) and local economic development, including employment opportunities (entrepreneurship). The project contributes to POCU’s thematic objective no.8, through an integrated and diverse complex of interventions, supporting the sustainable and quality employment of NEETs young people on the labour market, as well as the development of human capital and business environment in Reg.SV Oltenia. The diverse and complex offer of services allows these interventions to be adapted to the individual profile and diverse options of young people, while supporting labour mobility. The project contributes to the Specific Objective of Program 1.1 by facilitating the employment of 285 NEETs from Reg.SV Oltenia registered at SPO, based on information-advising-mediation services or by occupancy in its own company established and developed in the project. The project contributes to the Specific Objective of Program 1.2 by including in vocational training programs for qualification level 1 and 2 of 208 NEETs young people and in training programs for entrepreneurial skills of 60 NEETs young people from Reg.SV Oltenia registered at SPO. TINTA Group is composed of 285 “unemployed NEETs aged 16-29 years, benefiting from support” (ind.4S225), with residency in Reg.SV Oltenia, who do not have a job, education or training, including young people at risk of social exclusion and young people from marginalised communities, registered with SPO, of which: 86 young NEETs in category (C) heavy and (D) very difficult to occupy, i.e. 30.17 % of 285 (ind.4S225); 58 NEETs young people living in rural areas, i.e. 20.35 % of 285 (ind.4S225); 29 Roma NEETs, i.e. 10.17 % of 285 (ind.4S225); All 285 GT members are or will be registered and profiled at AJOFM based on a Framework Collaboration Agreement. Some are already registered in the unemployed NEET Register, registered with AJOFM. Another part is included in the Register of young NEETs inactive, not registered with the AJ
