The overall objective of the project is to ensure an adequate capacity to manage the health crisis at the level of 26 educational units in Medias, Sibiu County — Automechanical TECHNOLOGIC LICE, SCOALA GIMNAZIALA NR.7, MEDIAS, SCOALA GIMNAZIALA CIRESARII, SCOALA GIMNAZIALA HERMANN OBERTH MEDIAS, AXENTE SEVER MEDIAS, GIMNASAL SCOAL, CONSTANTIN IOAN MOTAS, MEDIAS, GIMNAZIALA SCOAL NOR.4 MEDIAS, TECHNICAL COLEGIUM,Mediensis’, SCOALA GIMNAZIALA, GEORGE POPA, MEDIAS, SCOALA GIMASIALA MIHAI EMINESCU, MEDIAS, COLEGIUL “SCOALA NATIONALA DE GAZ” MEDIAS, SCOALA GIMES. Bathory ISTVAN-MEDIAS, “STEPHAN LUDWIG ROTH” MEDIAS, PITICOT GRADINITA, PINOCCHIO GRADINITA, GRADINITA RAZA DE SOARE, D-VA GADINITA MINUNATE, GRADINITA MICUL PRINT, GRADINITA NR.12, GRADINITA CHILDREN CHILDREN and the 6 units in the structure, by equipping with medical protection equipment and medical devices necessary to reduce the risk of propagation of infection with SARS — COV — 2. Taking into account the evolution of COVID-19 virus in recent months, in Romania and in the world, in order to reduce the risk of spreading the infection with SARS — VOC — 2 within the educational units, it is necessary that the school year 2020/2021 be carried out safely and in compliance with the rules imposed in the context of prevention, early detection and reduction of the potential spread of the infection caused by SARS-CoV-2 virus by Order 5487/1494/2020 approving the measures for organising the activity within the educational establishments/institutions in epidemiological conditions for the prevention of diseases with SARS-VCo-2 virus. In this context, the project proposed by UAT MUNICIPIUL MEDIAS aims to equip medical protection equipment and medical devices necessary to be able to apply sanitary and minimum protection measures during the COVID-19 pandemic of subordinated educational units. The availability of protective/medical equipment/devices for the school year 2020/2021 will ensure the safe functioning of the educational units in Medias in the context of the pandemic situation created by SARS-Cov-2 virus. The proposed project, through its general objective, ensuring an adequate capacity to manage the health crisis at the level of 26 educational units in Medias Municipality, Sibiu, by equipping with medical protection equipment and medical devices necessary to reduce the risk of spreading SARS — VOC-2 infection, will lead to the prevention/limitation as far as possible of the disease within the educational units, to the individual and collective protection and to the fight against the Community transmission of the virus within the Municipality of Medias, Sibiu County and the designated areas.
