Design and installation of oxygen level alarm system

The overall objective of the project is set in direct correlation with the Specific Objective LIOP 9.1 — Increasing the COVID crisis management capacity — 19, according to section 1.1 of the Applicant’s Guide, i.e. the implementation of an alarm system for the detection of oxygen concentration level (TIP A investment). The overall objective of the project is to increase the efficiency of the response of the “Dr. Fogolyan Kristof” Emergency County Hospital to the COVID crisis — 19. By implementing the proposed project, the hospital will be able to monitor in real time the level of oxygen concentration in the wards (UPU, Birthroom, Bloc operator, ATI, Cardiology (Intensive Care), Neonatology (Intensive Care)), reducing response time and increasing the efficiency of interventions in case of fires caused by high oxygen levels, thus increasing the safety of patients in the unit. Through the implementation of this project, the Emergency County Hospital “Dr. Fogolyan Kristof” will have an adequate capacity to care and treat cases of SARS infection CoV-2/to manage the health crisis, by increasing the efficiency of interventions in case of disasters, implementing an oxygen monitoring system (which in the case of a COVID hospital — 19 is very high given the level of occupancy), which will increase the safety and implicit efficiency of the management of the sanitary crisis through air monitoring, warnings in case of increased oxygen concentration, and can act to open and close the windows in the rooms with the help of glass hatches.
