Romania as a member of the European Union must align with the objectives of the European Community. The essence of the objectives is to increase the performance in all fields of activity while ensuring the current standards. In line with this strategy to align with European standards, by including these financing needs, the infrastructures of education objectives are mainly developed. Thus, by adopting health policy measures regarding the endowment of educational units with indispensable materials in order to be able to apply sanitary and minimum protection measures in order to carry out under preventive conditions the teaching activities in pre-university and/or state universities during the COVID-19 pandemic, the reduction of the negative effects of the pandemic is achieved, according to the actions financed by the LIOP. The overall objective of the project is to equip 2 educational institutions from the city of Segarcea: The Secondary School and the Horia Vintila Technological High School with protective equipment that contribute to improving the management of the health crisis caused by Sars-Cov2. At the time of submission of the grant application, the 2 educational institutions Secondary School and Technological High School were equipped only with hand disinfectants, one container in each class, and disinfectants for surfaces and floors purchased by parents and doactic staff. Through the implementation of this project will be fully covered the health infrastructure needs with the immediate provision of protective equipment, cleaning, sanitation and prevention, both for teaching staff and for children, as presented in the financing application.
