The general objective of the project is to obtain in order to commercialise a nutritionally improved product, with added value, through technological transfer to Rom Honey Group SRL, having as object the use of the result of the patent application, oriented towards the development of the bioeconomy and increasing competitiveness through innovation in valuing a bee product, innovation materialised through the development of an innovative product in the food industry.
