Investments to optimise processes and increase the quality of local public administration services in Jurilovca Commune, Jud. Tulsa

The overall objective of the project is to strengthen the institutional capacity and make the activity more efficient at the level of Jurilovca ATU, Jud. Tulcea by optimising the work processes in order to simplify administrative procedures and reduce bureaucracy for citizens, implementing measures from the back-office perspective (adaptation of internal working procedures) and front-office for public services provided to citizens.
