Vision-Intervention-Solution for the labour market in NVR

The project is aimed at the North West Development Region, a region that ranks 15th in a top 20 poorest regions in Europe. Cf the 2011 census has a pop of 2,600,132 pers, characterised by ethnic and cultural diversity, where several ethnicities cohabit. The NVR consists of 6 counties: Bihor, Bistrita-Nasaud, Cluj, Maramures, Satu Mare and Salaj, comprising 446 ATU, of which 403 communes, 15 municipalities and 28 cities. The population seems balanced between rural and urban areas, almost 50 % in each, but half pop lives in 90 % of ATUs (rural), while the other 50 % in 10 % of ATUs (urban). By addressing the entire pop, contributing to the recommendation to reduce the social disparities between rural and urban areas — aspect imp for RO cf several layer dock. According to EURES, at the end of March 2022, the STATIST REGIONS WITH THE BIGEST SOMAJ REGIONS were the regions of south-western Romania (4.3 %) and NORD-WEST ROMANIA (3.7 %) (https://ec.europa.eu/eures/public/living-and-working/labour-market-information/labour-market-information-romania_de). At national level, the employment rate of the working age population (15-64 years) was, in the first quarter of 2022, 62.4 %, up from the fourth quarter of 2021 by 0.3 percentage points, while the general objective of the Romanian Government assumed by the end of 2027 is the increase of quality employment, in conditions of sustainability, for the population 20-64 years is 75 %. This target is officially assumed through Government Decision No 558 of 19 May 2021, approving the National Employment Strategy 2021-2027 and the 2021-2027 Action Plan for the implementation of the National Employment Strategy 2021-2027. In order to establish the need for intervention, the applicant, Association Research and Training Centre of the North University of Baia Mare, carried out in order to substantiate the project an analysis whose conclusions support the necessity of the project. In order to carry out this grant request, an analysis was carried out to identify the needs of the people in the North West Region corresponding to the target group criteria established for the Call for Projects Improving the level of professional skills and increasing the employment of unemployed and inactive persons in correlation with the needs of the labour market"/AP 3/PI 8.i/OS 3.1 and OS 3.4, respectively unemployed and inactive persons, with a focus on long-term unemployed, elderly workers (55-64 years), persons with disabilities, people with low level of education. Thus, taking into account the provisions of GS CS AP 3/PI 8.i/OS 3.1 & OS 3.4 we have established for this grant application the following GENERAL OBIECTIV to contribute to OS 3.1 and OS 3.4: Improving access to jobs in the North West Region for a target group of 204 people, through their participation in professional training
