The overall objective of the project is the introduction of common systems and standards in the local public administration that optimise the processes oriented towards beneficiaries. The aim is to digitise public services through online access to some services managed shared/exclusively by local authorities (implementation of an online service solution on public order and tranquility, objective monitoring at Tulcea level, administration of the public and private domain of the municipality, etc.), elaboration of a Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan, training of staff on the implementation of the SUMP but also of the staff dealing with the implementation of the tools on simplifying administrative procedures in the field of public order. The aim of the project is to optimise processes and increase the efficiency of the public services of Tulcea City Hall by providing administrative services and local government using electronic means, by implementing integrated IT systems with e-administration and e-government functions based on geo-space elements, as well as developing a Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan for Tulcea.
