Acquisition and installation of an ICP-AES equipment for the analysis and control of metals and heavy metals in different types of samples such as water, fertilisers and crops, has made it necessary to expand our facilities to offer this service. Within our commitment to sustainable development and from an environmental point of view, with these new gas, electrical and expansion facilities, emissionhes are reduced since the new equipment does not consume fossil fuels and does not need water for cooling. This equipment replaces the one previously used and consumed for its acetylene gas operation. In order to the digital transformation of our processes for the management of all the data generated by this team and in general for the entire activity of the company, we have acquired new computer equipment and a comprehensive software that manages the whole process from the receipt of a sample to analyse until the sending of the result through a report, thus avoiding loss of information and the use of several computer applications. Thus it is intended to unify in a single program all the information prar to be able to work in network becoming this software into a tool of shared resources that facilitates access to data from anywhere or through any device. Following our strategy of growth and competitive differentiation we have updated our website with a customer access area where they can consult their analytics reports and access pdf files categorised by sample types. Thanks to the advice for the implementation of ISO 17025, certain downstream processes are improved, thus reducing costs, resources and time.
