Replacing 75 t bollards with 200 t bollards adapted to the requirements of current ships in order to improve inter-island maritime traffic and safety in port operations in the outer dock._x000D_ _x000D_ The size of ships used in inter-island maritime traffic has increased considerably in recent years, resulting in increasing requests for berthing and mooring loads, making it necessary to have higher capacity elements. For this reason, the exterior dam of the Port of Santa Cruz de La Palma will be strengthened by replacing the current bollards (75 t) with new bollards of 200 t, which will result in an improvement of inter-insular maritime traffic and security in port operations._x000D_ The replacement of the current bollards (75 t) with new 200 t bollards, will be carried out by the execution of 4 anchors per bollard to the shoulder by inclined straps. This typology is executed between bollards 11 and 25. In bollards 26 and 27, being the foundation with drawers, and once the carrying capacity of the same has been verified before the new loads, the new cantile beam modules will be anchored directly to the drawer.
