The execution of an Essential Services building in Tenerife is required in order to have the appropriate infrastructure to allow the intelligent improvement of the permanent care services (24 x 7) of the Government of the Canary Islands, such as, Emergency and Security Center, Unique Telephone 1-1-2, Servio de Urgencias Sanitarias (SUC), permanent telephone service (012), computer servers, etc._x000D_ To this end, two buildings will be built, one on the island of Gran Canaria and the other in Tenerife, with high technological performance, strategically located and protected against seismic risks; this will involve, therefore, the activation of the construction sector and smart installations, among others._x000D_ The building will have a useful area of 15.000 m², and will be prepared to house about 550 public employees. Both buildings (the ESE of GC and that of TFE) are mirror and interoperable, having the operational capacity to operate independently, in case of failure or collapse of the system of the other, and vice versa.
