The project consists of a green hydrogen plant._x000D_ _x000D_ Ceuta Green Hydrogen production plant consists of two key elements:_x000D_ _x000D_ 1. Photovoltaic solar plant_x000D_ 2. Hydrogen Production Plant The facility is designed to be executed in two different locations: Hydrogen producing plant._x000D_ _x000D_ Plot in Poniente Pier, at coordinates: Latitude 35° 53′ 57″ N/Long 5° 19′ 26″ W Power-producing plant (Photovoltaic plant)._x000D_ _x000D_ Marquesina on the pre-shipment lanes, at the coordinates: Latitude 35°_x000D_ 53’ 42’ N/Long 5° 19′ 24″ W._x000D_ _x000D_ It will be located on the land requested for this purpose in the Port of Ceuta, in the area of extension of the same. At the time of drafting this document, the application file for the public land by means of a demanial concession in the Port of Ceuta has already been completed, and all the required documentation including the necessary economic guarantees (see additional details on the status of processing in the feasibility section of the project) has been provided in accordance with RDL 2/2011, of 5 September, approving the Consolidated Text of the Law of Ports of the State and the Merchant Navy._x000D_ _x000D_ _x000D_ The photovoltaic plant will be located in plots of the port, within the closed perimeter and protected_x000D_, currently unused. The size of the hydrogen plant is 1.5 MW (5_x000D_ 300 kW electrolysers).
