Execution of the construction works of a photovoltaic plant on a floating structure in the lower reservoir of Torrelaguna with the aim of increasing the energy production capacity of Canal de Isabel II, S.A. and, also, contribute to the reduction of evaporation of water from the reservoir. Subsequently, an R & D & I project will be carried out to test the conditions of maintenance, anchoring, resistance and affection to the aquatic environment, in order to establish the appropriate criteria for the design and execution of this type of installations on the water sheet of reservoirs.
