this operation is aimed at the social regeneration and socio-labor integration of groups at risk of exclusion in the Polígono Puerta Madrid, in the face of social polarisation and existing degraded areas; for this reason, the operation aims to promote the socio-labor integration of disadvantaged groups in the city, especially that of the Roma group and the socio-labor incorporation of marginalised groups through training for employment._x000D_ This proposal focuses on projects of personalised career orientation for the population at risk of exclusion and on carrying out scholarship courses of unregulated occupational training._x000D_ To this end, actions are established with the ultimate objective of achieving the physical, economic and social regeneration of the urban environment that includes the Madrid Gateway; actions that would go through the promotion of a “local network for community development and inclusion”, starting from the already created Bureau for Coexistence and Social Action that articulates a plan integrated with axes of action such as integral intervention with families (work, training, employment, housing) and group intervention (communities of neighbors, interest groups and support to the associative movement).
