This project proposal provides for the implementation of measures that will improve the energy efficiency of the following buildings in Tutrakan: Regional Food Safety Directorate — Tutrakan (ODBH) and three multi-family residential buildings. One of the problems in the proposed buildings is the low level of energy efficiency. Energy saving measures will reduce final energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions, thereby improving the environmental performance and quality of life in the city. The measures will also have an additional effect as they will ensure cost-effective operation of buildings, allowing them to sustainably continue their management and maintenance and reduce final energy consumption. Energy renovation will extend the life of buildings and reduce maintenance costs. The project proposal is a continuation and upgrade of the investments invested in 2016-2019 in the energy efficiency of 6 multi-family buildings and 5 buildings for public use.
