This operation also pursues the objectives of ensuring improved, more appropriate working conditions and reliability of the systems relating to the investment. These objectives can be defined as concrete operational operations in the following format: — comprehensive energy renovation of buildings (renewal of the thermal envelope, renovation of the heating and cooling system, renovation of lighting and establishment of CNS), — reduction of thermal losses of buildings and reduction of primary energy consumption, — lower energy consumption costs, — improvement of the reliability of the energy system, — improvement of working conditions from the point of view of micro-climate conditions. With the above objectives, the following results are expected: — lower demand for useful energy in the building, — primary energy savings in terms of at least one third of existing consumption, — comprehensively energy-renovated areas of buildings owned and occupied by the public sector, — reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, — increase in temperature comfort in the premises.
