In the framework of the operation, the implementation of a comprehensive energy rehabilitation is foreseen both on the envelope and on the energy systems of the facility. Due to the age of the building and above all the time-consuming and wasteful energy systems, the use of energy and consequently the costs of operating the facility are increasing. In addition, it is also necessary to assess the condition of the building from the point of view of ensuring adequate working conditions and the reliability of the systems that provide these conditions, the energy system is crucial. Due to the poor condition of the building, high operating costs, sub-optimal working and living conditions, it is necessary to approach the implementation of a comprehensive energy renovation of the facility. The building that is subject to energy renovation is in poor condition in terms of the state of the construction envelope and the state of mechanical and electrical installations. Certain partial remediation measures were carried out on the facility, but the general condition of the building is rather poor. As a result, both operators and users face the problem of high operating costs and maintenance.
