““TECHNICAL FOR THE ENHANCEMENT OF THE TYPICAL FOOD AND WINE OF THE TERRITORY”“, ACTIVITY AIMED AT 20 PEOPLE CONSISTING OF AN IFTS (HIGHER TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING) PATH RELATED TO THE NATIONAL SPECIALISATION IN”TECHNICAL DESIGN AND REALISATION OF ARTISANAL PROCESSES AND AGRI-FOOD TRANSFORMATION WITH TYPICAL PRODUCTS OF THE TERRITORY AND OF THE FOOD AND WINE TRADITION”. THE COURSE, LASTING 800 HOURS, IS AIMED AT 20 PEOPLE. IT PROVIDES FOR THE ISSUE OF A HIGHER TECHNICAL SPECIALISATION CERTIFICATE (IFTS).
