THE PROJECT INCLUDES: A) THE REALISATION OF A STUDY ON THE CHARACTERISTICS OF NEW MATERIALS, THEIR INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS AND THE PRODUCTION CYCLE OF PRODUCTION. B) THE IMPLEMENTATION OF A PLANT FOR THEIR PRODUCTION. THE PLANT WILL CONSIST MAINLY OF A CYLINDRICAL-SHAPED MILL FILLED WITH BALLS. THESE SPHERES WILL BE PUT IN STRONG AGITATION BY A VERTICAL AXIS DRIVEN BY AN ELECTRIC MOTOR AND A SEPARATION SYSTEM, THE PURPOSE OF WHICH WILL BE TO SORT THE PARTICLES, DIVIDING THOSE THAT FALL WITHIN THE SPECIFICATIONS REQUIRED BY THE COARSE ONES. THE POWDERS, ALREADY ADEQUATELY REFINED UNDER 40 MICRONS, WILL BE PNEUMATICALLY FED TO THE BOTTOM OF THE MILL AND DRAGGED TO THE EXIT POSITIONED ON THE TOP OF THE MACHINE. DURING THIS JOURNEY THEY WILL BE COMPLETELY CRUSHED AND REDUCED DIMENSIONALLY BY THE SPHERES PRESENT IN PERENNIAL FLUCTUATION.
