THE GLOBAL SOCIAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL ECONOMIC CRISIS IS REFLECTED IN THE TERRITORIES THROUGH SERIOUS ISSUES AFFECTING, FOR EXAMPLE, YOUTH UNEMPLOYMENT, FOOD QUALITY AND HEALTH IMPACTS. EFFORTS MUST BE MADE TO DESIGN AND IMPLEMENT NEW PRODUCTION AND CONSUMPTION PATTERNS THROUGH ALSO RESPONSIBLE AND POPULATION-CONSCIOUS LIFESTYLES AND FOOD. THE PROJECT PROVIDES THROUGH THE ACTIVITIES OF TRAINING AND MENTORING IN THE COMPANY THAT STUDENTS ACQUIRE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS IN THE FIELD OF SUSTAINABLE AGRICULTURE OF NEW MODELS OF SHORT-RANGE DISTRIBUTION AND ISSUES RELATED TO THE EFFECTS OF NUTRITION ON HEALTH.
