THE SPECIAL WATER COMPANY NAPLES (ABC), AS AN ACTUATOR, HAS PREPARED THIS PROJECT PROPOSAL ON THE BASIS OF THE INFORMATION ASSETS BUILT OVER THE YEARS THROUGH A MONITORING ACTIVITY ESSENTIAL TO IDENTIFY, DESCRIBE AND QUANTIFY THEIR NEEDS AND SERVICE NEEDS. FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS PROJECT PROPOSAL, ABC HAS DEFINED A METHODOLOGICAL PATH, CALLED “FASHION” AIMED AT REDUCING THE 4 MAIN TYPES OF LOSSES THAT PLAGUE THE DISTRIBUTION NETWORK OF THE CITY OF NAPLES (MANIFESTE, OCCULT, BRANCH AND ADMINISTRATIVE) AND ENABLED BY A FULL DIGITAL ASSET MANAGEMENT APPROACH. THE MONITORING OF THE EXPECTED RESULTS, ALONG THE ENTIRE PROJECT PATH, WILL TAKE PLACE THROUGH INDICATORS DEFINED BY THE NATIONAL REGULATOR OF THE BEI AND THROUGH ADDITIONAL INDICATORS DEFINED WITHIN THE FASHION METHODOLOGY.
