TERRACED LANDSCAPES AND LOCAL PRODUCTS. PROMOTION OF LOCAL EXCELLENCE THROUGH THE OFFER OF THE CULTURAL AND FOOD AND WINE VALUES OF THE TERRITORY.

THE PROJECT AIMS TO ENHANCE THE FOOD AND WINE HERITAGE AND LOCAL CULTURE IN ORDER TO OFFER IT IN COMPLEMENTARY SERVICES TO THE TOURIST OFFER UNDERLYING THE BALTEO ROUTE. WILL THE RECOVERY AND TRANSFORMATION OF A FARM BUILDING IMMERSED IN THE VINEYARDS AND TERRACES OVERLOOKING THE VILLAGE OF PONT-SAINT-MARTIN MAKE IT POSSIBLE TO SET UP THE FUNCTIONAL SPACES TO HOST THE RECEPTION AND HOSPITALITY SERVICES? RELATED TO THE PRODUCTION CHARACTERISTICS OF THE COMPANY. IS IT PLANNED TO PROPOSE “MERENDE” IN THE VINEYARD? WITH ADMINISTRATION OF OWN FARM PRODUCTS [WINE, COMPOUNDS, SMALL FRUITS] AND FARMS PARTICIPATING IN THE PROJECT. THE SAR OFFER? SUPPLEMENTED BY COMPLEMENTARY SERVICES SUCH AS THE ACCOMPANIMENT OF NATURAL AND TOURIST GUIDES, BY THOSE OF MICRORICETTIVIT?
