QUALIFIED MEAT PROCESSING OFFICER (BUTCHER)

THE QUALIFIED MEAT PROCESSING PROJECT (BUTCHER) RESPONDS TO THE INVITATION Â SKILLSÂ WITH A TRAINING OPPORTUNITY ABLE TO COUNTER UNEMPLOYMENT BY STRENGTHENING SKILLS AND RAISING THE LEVEL OF SPECIALISED KNOWLEDGE OF TRAINEES IN THE MEAT PROCESSING SECTOR, WHICH IN UMBRIA BOASTS CENTURIES-OLD TRADITIONS (E.G. NORCINERIA). THE TRAINING COURSE, LASTING 334 HOURS AND 480 HOURS OF TRAINEESHIP, IS AIMED AT MEETING THE NEEDS OF THE LABOUR DEMAND FOR MEAT PROCESSING WORKERS (BUTCHERS) MAINLY BY THE COMPANIES ASSOCIATED WITH PAC 2000A-CONAD (WITH THE PREVAILING % OF RECRUITMENTS) AND BY COMPANIES PROCESSING MEAT PRODUCTS VERY ACTIVE IN THE REGIONAL TERRITORY (SALUMIFICIO BATTISTI PROVIDES 2 RECRUITMENTS).
