The project will increase employment of people who have long been unemployed in Šumpersk and Jesenick and will therefore take advantage of the current general growth in the number of job vacancies and good relations between Šumperk and local companies. It will be a “domain” between the socially risky situation of the long-term unemployed and the available job offer – it will provide an adapted local employment programme (motivation, advice, retraining, work training, etc.) based on an individual approach and on the principle of permeability.
