The project aims to carry out gender audits at 6 selected companies in Prague, which is currently developing dynamically and in the near future a relatively rapid increase of employees awaits them. Due to this rapid development, it is desirable to motivate employers to set up the company culture and processes in a timely manner with regard to RŽaM and WLB. A final report will be prepared from each audit, including examples of good practice, which will be personally consulted by a member of the project team with the employer.
